OnAudience MAD//Fest Spin the Wheel & Grand Prize Lottery – Terms and Conditions

The OnAudience (“Promoter”) MAD//Fest Spin the Wheel game and Grand Prize Lottery (“Promotion”) is open to all attendees of MAD//Fest 2025 who interact with OnAudience’s AI tool available at https://ai.onaudience.com.
Only one Promotion entry per person is permitted. All entrants must be aged 18 or older.
To participate, attendees must enter a prompt on the AI tool and click “Generate.” Each participant who completes this step is eligible to spin the physical prize wheel located at OnAudience’s picnic table and will be automatically entered into the grand prize lottery.
Instant prizes from the wheel include items such as stickers, pens, notebooks, and socks. The prize received corresponds to the segment landed on by the prize wheel and must be collected immediately at the event.
The grand prize is a ticket to the Big Data Yacht cruise hosted during Cannes Lions 2026.
1. The cruise will take place at Cannes Bay Cruise and is expected to last approximately two hours;
2. Three winners will be selected at random – one per each day of the MAD//Fest event;
3. As a condition of receiving the prize consisting of participation in Big Data Yacht cruise, the winner must sign a written waiver and release of liability prior to the commencement of the trip;
4. Failure to sign the waiver – see appendix to these Terms and Conditions – within the timeframe specified by the Promoter shall be deemed a forfeiture of the prize.
All instant and grand prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
Winners of the grand prize will be informed by email by July 5, 2025, at 23:59 CET. The digital cruise ticket will be included in the email.
In the event that Cannes Lions 2026 is cancelled, or OnAudience is unable to participate in the event, the grand prize will be postponed to 2027 or substituted with an equivalent meeting experience organized by OnAudience. If the winner does not accept the alternative option, the prize will be deemed forfeited and cancelled.
The decision of OnAudience regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding decisions.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. OnAudience reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
OnAudience reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any participant in breach of these terms and conditions.
OnAudience reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
OnAudience accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully submitted due to technical issues including, but not limited to, hardware/software failure or internet connectivity issues.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will be processed in accordance with applicable law provisions, in particular UK GDPR. All participants have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.

Special Promotional Offer

As part of the MAD//Fest 2025 Promotion, OnAudience is offering a one-time discounted CPM (Cost Per Mille) rate of $0.10 for a single campaign based on a custom audience segment created using the AI Audiences available at https://ai.onaudience.com.

This offer is available only during the event and may be applied to one campaign per client request.
To redeem the discount, participants must request a segment and enter the code “madfest” in the Additional Info section of the AI Audiences.
This promotional offer is subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at the discretion of OnAudience.
It is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.

1. Voluntary Participation

I hereby confirm that I am participating in a sailing trip awarded to me as a prize in a promotional contest/lottery organised by [Company Name] (“the Organiser”).

I acknowledge that I am taking part in the trip voluntarily and at my own risk.

2. Health and Fitness to Participate

I declare that I am in good physical and mental health and able to safely participate in the sailing trip. I have consulted a medical professional if necessary.

I undertake to inform the Organiser of any relevant health conditions or contraindications that may affect my participation.

3. Acknowledgement of Risk

I understand that participation in a sailing trip carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

physical injury (e.g. slips, falls, trauma),
seasickness,
unpredictable weather conditions,
emergency or distress situations at sea.

I accept that, despite the Organiser’s reasonable care and diligence, not all risks can be eliminated.

4. Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I waive all claims against the Organiser, the company operating the vessel, and the crew members, in connection with any injuries, damage, or losses incurred during the trip, except where such losses arise from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

5. Code of Conduct

I agree to comply with all safety instructions, crew guidance, and onboard regulations. The Organiser reserves the right to suspend or terminate my participation if I fail to follow these rules.

6. Non-transferability of Prize

I acknowledge that the sailing trip is a personal, non-transferable prize and cannot be exchanged for cash or assigned to another person.

7. Data Protection

I consent to the processing of my personal data solely for the purpose of organising the trip, in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including the UK GDPR). I understand that I have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of my personal data.
