Participation Disclaimer

By registering for the BIG DATA YACHT Cruise during Cannes Lions 2025, I confirm that I have read and agree to the following:

1. Consent to Personal Data Processing

I consent to the processing of my personal data by OnAudience Ltd, a UK-based company, for the purposes of receiving promotional and marketing content about OnAudience’s own services,
receiving commercial information electronically.
This consent can be withdrawn at any time. Data is processed on the basis of this consent to ensure effective communication with the participant. The current privacy policy is available at:https://onaudience.com/privacy-policy is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

2. Cruise Terms & Conditions

• OnAudience Ltd is the official organizer of the BIG DATA YACHT Cruise in Cannes.
• The organizer may cancel or reschedule the cruise at any time due to weather or technical issues. All changes will be communicated to registered participants.
• For safety, all guests must follow the skipper’s and crew’s instructions during the cruise.
• Participation is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk. OnAudience is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages during the event.
• Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed.
• Boarding may involve a short transfer via a rib boat instead of embarking directly from the marina. We will inform all participants about the final logistics, including any rib boat transfers, via dedicated private WhatsApp groups before the event.
• Photos taken during the cruise may be shared on OnAudience’s LinkedIn profile. By attending, you consent to the possible use of your image in promotional materials published on LinkedIn.
• Submitting a registration request does not guarantee a place. The number of spots is limited and participation is only confirmed upon approval by OnAudience.
