What will you do as a Partnership Manager?

As the Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in building OnAudience business in America. This is a new position designed to spearhead our expansion efforts in the American market. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing key partnerships that align with our business objectives and drive revenue.

What will be your responsibilities?
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with companies and organizations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships to achieve mutual benefits.
  • Preparing partnership offers, making presentations and cooperation rules for potential and existing partners.
  • Act as a central point of contact for partner organizations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Monitor market and competitor developments and provide analysis and commentary on trends.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to generate new partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop partnership strategies.
  • Participating in shaping OnAudience’s product offerings.
  • Representing the company at conferences and industry events.
What qualifications we are looking for:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role within the ad-tech or digital advertising industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the US ad-tech market and its key players.
  • Entrepreneur attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
