Daily tasks:
  • Actively acquire and establish customer relationships (inbound and outbound).
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Achieving set sales targets.
  • Creating and executing lead generation strategies.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of activities and making changes to increase efficiency.
  • Use and selection of tools to support lead generation.
  • Representing the company at conferences and industry events.
  • Participating in shaping OnAudience’s product offerings.
  • Recognizing and defining customer needs in order to identify potential for cooperation and tailor sales offerings.
  • Continuously developing one’s knowledge of the data market and online advertising.
We are currently looking for a person who has:
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Experience in a position related to sales or service of international b2b clients – we work primarily with clients from the US and Western Europe.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
  • A comprehensive approach to building sales strategies.
  • A mindset to measure the effectiveness of one’s actions and test solutions to improve goal achievement.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, marketing and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan work and manage your time effectively.
  • Commitment to achieving set goals.
  • Positive and “can do & sky is the limit” attitude.
  • Experience in adtech or big data companies is welcome.
