What will you do as an Agency Sales Manager?

As an Agency Sales Manager at OnAudience, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives adoption of our innovative data solutions within the UK’s top media agencies. Your primary focus will be to establish and grow relationships with key decision-makers, secure new business, and ensure agency partners leverage OnAudience’s technology for brand-building campaigns.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, positioning OnAudience as a strategic partner for agencies looking for cutting edge data solutions.

Main responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth through partnerships with leading media agencies and agency trading desks.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities with agency and advertiser accounts.
  • Establish and nurture strong, consultative relationships with senior agency stakeholders.
  • Present OnAudience’s data solutions in a compelling, tailored way that addresses client needs.
  • Partner closely with the Data Solutions and Product teams to deliver strategic, client-specific proposals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader to agencies on audience data, programmatic trends, and digital strategy.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecasting using the company CRM system.
  • Represent OnAudience at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and developments in the programmatic space.
  • Reporting into the London Office and the Head of Agency Sales and Curation.
What qualifications we are looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a strong focus on agency relationships.
  • Proven success in selling data, media, or programmatic technology solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem (RTB, DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, Curation & audience data).
  • Strong agency network and contacts across media agencies and trading desks.
  • Skilled in prospecting, pitching, presenting, and closing deals.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for digital innovation and data-driven solutions.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
